This development, officially announced by the American group Hard Rock International, plans to invest 2,000 million euros in a new theme park and hotel project in Vila-seca and Salou, very close to Port Aventura. The new theme park and amusement complex will cover 745,000 square metres and will have a positive impact on the province of Tarragona of around 1.3 billion euros, attracting approximately 2 million more tourists each year, according to estimates by the Generalitat and the promoter Hard Rock International.

It is within this extremely favourable scenario that the hotel and tourist project on Barcelona Street would be developed. A project that strictly complies with all the guidelines established by the Department of Territory and Sustainability, as well as with the Urban Planning Regulations for the Regulation of Hotel Establishments in Salou.

With between 1,800 m² and 2,000 m² of building space per floor, this tourist and hotel complex represents a golden opportunity, right in the heart of the Costa Dorada.
